John Neagley is the founder and principal of Blue Native Consulting, LLC, providing executive program management and strategy development consulting services. He is a retired Navy Rear Admiral with over 35 years of executive experience in supporting all aspects of program and systems development of maritime technologies and leading complex operational and acquisition organizations.  John holds 3 master’s degrees, a master in Environmental Management (MEM ), in Environmental Leadership, from Duke University,  a MA in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College and a MS in Finance from the Naval Postgraduate School.  A collaborative leader and skilled problem solver he is adept at creating opportunities and leading teams forward, helping organizations to realize their full potential in the blue economy.
