Abigail Jones is a UCSD alumni, former StartRVeteran program facilitator, and active mentor at UCSD's "The Basement." After seven years as a Research Associate at UCSD and seven years as a serial entrepreneur and executive leadership coach, she transitioned to become a Fractional Executive Consultant in Strategy and Operations. With over 10 years of experience accelerating organizational growth and facilitating leader & team development for companies such as UPS, Instacart, and Johns Hopkins University, her areas of expertise include setting and achieving goals, strategic planning, building stakeholder alignment, mitigating risk, and optimizing workflows.
