Amy Zimmer Faust
Amy Zimmer-Faust is a senior scientist at the Southern California Coastal Water Research Project (SCCWRP), a public R&D agency focused on improving the management of aquatic systems. She has experience and enjoys working with diverse NGO, management, academic, and industry partners to develop novel tools and technologies for improving how water is managed for public health and ecosystem protection. She has experience working in diverse aquatic settings and on diverse stormwater, wastewater, and drinking water challenges. Prior to her working at SCCCWRP, she was a Postdoctoral fellow with USEPA’S Western Ecology Division. She received her Ph.D. in Environmental Science and Engineering and her M.S. in Environmental Health Sciences, both from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a B.S. in aquatic biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
