Captain Noll, National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Corps (retired) joined Esri in 2011 to lead service engagements focused on supporting ocean science and professional maritime customers. In addition to this role, Captain Noll manages a department that produces ArcGIS software products for maritime, aeronautical, and topographic mapping, and products for Adobe connected cartography and workflow and data quality management.  Guy has a BS Degree in Civil Engineering from Columbia University, a BA Degree in Physics from Whitman College, and a Senior Manager in Government Certificate from Harvard Kennedy School.
