Albert Liu has twenty years’ experience leading IP-based innovation from concept to commercialization: lean start-up methodology, patent/trademark, angel/PE/VC funding, brand and product development, growth and exit strategies.  He has co-founded award-winning companies in the wireless tech, bio-med, and consumer sectors, serving as Chairman, CEO, and President. As the founder of a strategic consulting agency, he developed and activated partnerships with global brands including Siemens, Swatch, and W.L. Gore.  Dr. Liu has been a TED Talks panelist and is the author of various academic publications.  He completed a BA at UC Berkeley and a PhD at The Johns Hopkins University.
